    • Does LiveFrame show live video?

      Not yet. Today we refresh high-resolution still images every few minutes. Live video streaming is on our roadmap once we can ensure smooth performance and licensing.

    • Which locations are available?

      At launch we support select outdoor webcams including mountains, beaches, trails, and other scenic spots. We have big plans for more cams coming soon!

    • Do I need a subscription?

      Nope. Your one-time purchase includes lifetime access to all current and future LiveFrame software features.

    • How does the frame connect to the internet?

      LiveFrame has built-in Wi-Fi. Connect once with the touch screen and it will automatically reconnect and fetch new images.

    • Can I mount it on the wall?

      Absolutely! There are wall-mount ports and screws included in the box.

    • What about power?

      LiveFrame comes with a thin, easy-to-hide power cable.

    • When will my order ship?

      Currently we are shipping within a week of purchase.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      For this early run we’re shipping within the U.S. only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping opens.

    • Is there a return policy?

      Yes — try LiveFrame for 30 days. If you don’t love it, send it back for a full refund. No hard feelings.
